Rule 25
:<br> who can carry out aerial survey, map publication etc. with approval
Section 11D of the Act. According to the various agencies or offices of the Government of Nepal, except for those who want to check measurements in accordance with the Act and this regulation, the person who wants to conduct aerial survey, use the control points established by the Government of Nepal, use the map prepared by the Government of Nepal or sell the map published abroad within the dominion of Nepal should submit an application to the Director General. (2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Director General may approve the same by complying with the following conditions:-
(a) aerial survey shall be confined within the area specified by the Director General,
(b) The map should not be published beyond the purpose for which the map has been approved (c) Manuscripts should be approved before producing the map (d) The control point shall not be used for purposes other than those for which it has been approved. (e) Other conditions prescribed by the Measurement Map Committee as per Rule 32 should be followed.
(3) Measurements at government and public expense should be in accordance with the specifications laid down by the Map Department.
